hospitals. Our enclosed courtyard, front porch
and family dining room provide a perfect setting for
quiet time or social activity.
Rehabilitation
The
professional staff at The Laurels of Mt. Vernon can
assist you in your transition from hospital to home.
With our individualized rehabilitation programs, we
specialize in helping you regain physical independence
after your stay in the hospital. We work with
your physician to design a personal "care
plan" to help you achieve the fullest recovery
possible. If needed, we offer outpatient therapy
services when you return home or to a lesser care
environment.
Skilled
Nursing
Should
you require an extended or short-term stay, we provide
the most advanced medical care available outside of a
hospital. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing care and
around-the-clock admissions. We work with our guests,
as well as their families, physicians and social
workers, to assure continuity of care. Our short-term
stay services include rehabilitation, respite and
hospice care.
