The
Laurels of Mt. Pleasant is nestled in a beautiful,
safe, home-like environment. Our multiple
outdoor courtyards and extensive rose garden provide a
perfect setting for quiet time or social activities.
Rehabilitation
The
professional staff at The Laurels of Mt. Pleasant can
assist you in your transition from hospital to home.
With our individualized rehabilitation programs, we
specialize in helping you regain physical independence
after your stay in the hospital.
We
offer advanced wound prevention and wound management
programs. We work with your physician to design
a personal "care plan" to help you achieve
the fullest recovery and return home as soon as
possible.
Skilled
Nursing
Should
you require an extended or short-term stay, we provide
the most advanced medical care available outside of a
hospital. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing care
and around-the-clock admissions. When necessary,
we coordinate treatment with area dialysis and
radiation services. We work with our guests, as
well as their families, physicians and social workers,
to assure continuity of care.
Our
short-term stay services include rehabilitation,
respite and hospice care. The Laurels of Mt.
Pleasant team is dedicated to providing quality
services while making you feel at home.
