Nestled
in a beautiful, safe, home-like environment, The
Laurels of Forest Glenn is conveniently located near
I-40 and close to the area hospital. Our two enclosed
courtyards and inviting atmosphere provide a perfect
setting for quiet time and social activity. Ample
parking is available for family and friends.
Rehabilitation
The
Laurels of Forest Glenn team can assist you in your
transition from hospital to home. An onsite evaluation
begins the process of goal-setting. With our
comprehensive rehabilitation and restorative nursing
programs, we specialize in helping you regain physical
independence after your stay in the hospital. By
working closely with your physician, our team designs
an individualized "care plan" to help you
meet these goals, achieve the fullest recovery and
return home as soon as possible.
Skilled
Nursing
Should
you require an extended or short-term stay, we provide
the most advanced medical care available outside of a
hospital. We offer 24-hour nursing care and
around-the-clock admissions for skilled, intermediate
and rest home levels of care. The Laurels offers IV
therapy, wound healing, pain management programs,
tracheostomy care and terminal care. Our short-term
stay services include rehabilitation and respite care.
