A family member was informed that the Long Term Care facility that she resided in is closing in 60 days. Over three days we visited eight LTCs in the Livonia, Farmington, Westland area. Not only were we impressed with the facility, our tour conducted by Bianca was top notch. She was very informative and went above and beyond to answer our questions. THANKS & see you soon!!

Five stars and would leave more If I could. After not being there long it was obvious the staff cared about the patients. Everyone was super friendly and for the most part seemed to work as a team to accommodate the patients and their needs. Courtney was working with my mother while I was there she was direct but very transparent and kind hearted. Her broad range of knowledge and genuine care went a long ways in getting an important family member back home where she belongs. I typically don’t leave reviews often but I was highly impressed.

I had the pleasure with working with Marlee in the admissions department. She was able to assist me with getting my patient placed in their facility in less than a week. She even made a trip over to Detroit to meet the patient face-to-face prior to his admission. On behalf of my patient, I cannot thank Marlee and the Laurels of Galesburg staff enough for their compassion, prompt work, and dedication to their residents!

I hate to say it but I really enjoyed my stay there. They had all the special equipment that I need. The staff was very nice. Most of them have a great super sense of humor. The day time nurse , I can't recall her name, was very attentive, knowledgeable and thought me alot about my illness. People say that the facility smells. Absolutely not true. I would send my fam n friends here and I would come back too. Thank you to everyone that I worked with..

I have worked here for about 5 months and I have never worked at a place that doesn't feel like a family. The building may not be the most updated, but the care I see provided to the residents is the most genuine care. The staff in all departments go above and beyond to make sure the residents needs and wants are being met.
