Laurels
Located in the Village of Blanchester along Route 28, The Laurels of Blanchester is a 50 bed Skilled Nursing Facility providing care for guests in need of short-term or extended stays. Short-term guests requiring additional medical services after leaving a hospital achieve excellent outcomes under the care of our coordinated physician, nursing and therapy team. We also provide care to guests needing an extended stay due to physical or cognitive limitations. Extended stay guests particularly enjoy our wide array of activities and social events. Our team of professionals is dedicated to promoting the highest level of independence and quality of life for our guests by creating a comfortable living environment with comprehensive health care services.
Rehabilitation
The
professional staff at The Laurels of Blanchester can
assist you in your transition from hospital to home.
With our individualized rehabilitation programs, we
specialize in helping you regain physical independence
after your stay in the hospital. We work with
your physician to design a personal "care
plan" to help you achieve the fullest recovery
possible.
Skilled
Nursing
Should
you require an extended or short-term stay, we provide
the most advanced medical care available outside of a
hospital. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing care
and around-the-clock admissions. We work with
our guests, as well as their families, physicians and
social workers, to assure continuity of care.
Our short-term stay services include rehabilitation
therapy, respite care and a hospice suite. The
Laurels of Blanchester team is dedicated to providing
quality services while making you feel at home.
